So after a long day work quit unnecessary TV and games and get a motivational book to read or take a time with experienced people. Let them share their experience with you to take care of the trouble of experiencing it yourself.

3. If you want help, help yourself - people like to see that.
4. Instead of going to dinner and a movie, go to the movie first and then the dinner. This way you have something to talk about at dinner.
